Having an annual boiler service carried out will help reduce the risk of a breakdown and help prolong the life expectancy of your boiler. We are proud to service over 500 domestic household boilers a year. We are certificated to carry out a wide range of servicing on the following appliances: boilers, cookers, water heaters, fires, and warm air heaters, along with servicing and repairs to swimming pool boilers.
We carry out over 200 landlord certificates per year. A Landlord certificate is a legal requirement when renting properties. All gas appliances must be annually checked and certificated, this can be carried out whilst liaising with either the landlord or tenant for ease. All relevant certificates and documentation will be held on file by us along with a copy for yourselves.

A large number of boiler breakdowns are caused by sludge, debris and dirty water within the system. Powerflushing is a chemical clean to the system, pipework and radiators. A powerflush to your heating system will allow your system to work to its optimum performance and prolong the life of your boiler. A common tell-tale sign of sludge build up is cold spots on your radiators or a noisy boiler. As power flushing experts we use a Kamco machine along with high powered magnets to help remove the debris. The machine is connected into to your heating system meaning there is no need for your radiators to be removed. Once the system has been cleaned a chemical inhibitor is added to help neutralise and protect the system keeping it trouble free for longer. Magnetic filters can also be installed to actively trap ferrous debris within the system. We are always striving to use the latest technologies wherever possible to complete the best possible job, with minimal disruption to your property. We use technologies such as leak detection and thermal imaging cameras to inspect areas which cannot be seen to the human eye such as inside radiators or under floors.
